	I was (and still am) trying hard to pack components on the board as compact as I can to keep the camera small. So we can think of rearranging internals (and I am working now on connector placement for USB+SATA+ZIF PATA+2*CF+RS-232+trigger I/O), but it all will use the same overall dimensions. We'll probably have to make cameras some 5 mm longer when motorized sensor focus/tilt will be available. 	If so, another choice is to change current one-piece body tube to two-half one, jusk like our earlier version. and the lower half can work as an 10353 holder. to keep the cost down, we can make two customized aluminium extrusion, one for lower half , one for upper half. and with such modification, the 10353 board can be little lower, provide more space for adaptor boards ( at least 3 mm). 			Larry, that makes sense. But I do not want to lower the 10353 board - the space above it is sufficient, and I was planning to add smaller boards below (i.e. 10359) that will use the same height as the DC-DC converter. And 10359 is already designed to fit under the 10353 - the odd shape is for the flex cable from 10353 to 10359. 10359 makes sense even with a single sensor as an additional processing unit.

I am thinking of developing of new camera body for 10353+10338 board set ( or future CPU board).

current design can't provide enough space for CPU board holder ( you see, the current version ugly and expensive), and optional CF card adaptor,even the 10349 board.

current inside section of body tube is 35.5mm by 38.5mm, I plan to change it to 44mm by 40mm. and the the outside of camera body should not larger than 50mm by 50 mm.

And Idea?
