Programming file for 10353E.U1 -CY22393FXC, Three-PLL Serial Flash Programmable Clock Generator. This part is needed to be pre-programmed (before installation on the PCB) so the generator provides 12MHz clock to the CPU before it has a chance to set the output frequencies over I2C interface.
