PCM2903 USB audio codec

The TI PCM2903 is an usb audio codec with 2ch analog/spdif in, 2ch analog/spdif out. It is really easy to implement (This was my first schematics/layout design) and easy to use because of the standard USB audio driver. This can be an solution to bring audio in/out to the elphel cams when the usb daughter board will be ready. I am volunteer to help if that is of some interest.

TI send free samples (max 5), I'have received it the day after the order (!)

I have implemented the reference design found in the datasheet without problem.
