DHCP (timeouted) and DNS-SD

Currently (by default) the camera is reachable using http://192.168.0.9/ my proposal would be to change the default to DHCP, with a timeout and zeroconf or fixed address. Next to this the camera should announce itself on the network using mDNS. This allows a background discovery (and icon adding feature).
