way: image encoding -> network buffering -> decoding -> display rendering

latency measurement test:

1. Connect camera to PC.
2. Configure mplayer to output RTP stream of inversion image. 
3. Direct the camera to the monitor. 
4. Half the period of flashing images will be equal to the total latency.
