Elphel 333

Elphel 323

This camera is actually not a discontinued model. It was initially released in summer 2003 as high speed / high resolution document scanning camera.

Elphel 313

The second elphel camera released with inital 1.3 MPix CMOS in fall 2002.

Specifications:

1280x1024, 1600x1200 and 2048x1536 10-bit 1/2" or 2/3" CMOS image sensors
15 fps at 1280x1024 resolution
300K gates FPGA
32 MB SDRAM
8 MB Flash Memory
optional gated image intensifier
baseprice was 700$ plus 240$ for the different sensor front ends (special fiberoptic taper front ends were also avaiable for around 500-1500$)

This was the first ever open source camera, that newly formed Elphel Inc. released in summer 2001.
