hai i am raghu here from India we are developing a surveillance camera system and we are looking for a camera with high shutter speed and it should have to work in day as well as night mode with the infra red flash or white flash. it should a 25 frame per second in higher resolution 2048 X 1536 please suggest me which camera should have to select it should be gigabyte camera with gpio and program language will be vb.net with windows xp 32bit.
